Steve began his banking and financial services career of almost 30 years working for a small town bank while attending Texas A&M University. After graduation, he went to work for Texas Commerce Bank in retail banking. While at Texas Commerce Bank, which eventually grew to JPMorgan Chase, Steve worked throughout the entire company traveling across the country and spending most of his time in The Private Bank serving high net worth individuals.
Today, he is a part of the mortgage banking family at Victorian Finance where he provides customized home financing solutions to individuals and families in Houston, throughout Texas and across the country. Steve utilizes his knowledge in the markets, 40 years of experience in real estate and almost 30 years of practice in financial services to serve his clients in a manner that sets him apart from others in his field.
Steve’s clients range from a first-time homebuyer to a family purchasing a second home to a real estate investor with many properties. He has a reputation for delivering on his promises and building his business by referrals from current and past clients. He can handle any financing arrangement from a small single family home to a large multi-million dollar residence.
Personally, Steve enjoys serving in the community and spending time involved in outdoor activities such as running, golfing, bay fishing and snow skiing.
